Emotions are high and it’s easy to worry yourself sick.
The world has temporarily changed and so we must adjust. The better we adjust, the more resilient we will be.

With all the change, unknowns, and heightened threat level; staying cool, calm, and collected is vital for the mental health of ourselves, our family members and our colleagues.

If you’re a solution-focused person, it’s tempting to jump to ‘problem-fixing’. But there’s an important step before that – a clear-headed appraisal of reality and holding space for others to feel heard and validated. That’s counselling 101.

So, that’s what we’ll be doing all week with webinars for the staff of our clients, here in Australia and around the world.
